We understand that getting your items quickly and reliably is important, so we've outlined our shipping policy to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience for all our valued customers.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50.
For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $3.99 for standard shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hoof and Thread is not responsible for these charges and they are the customer’s responsibility.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@hoofandthread.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
